Dallas Loses Late Lead in Game 4

Playoff Series Now Even

The Dallas Stars and Edmonton Oilers are tied 2-2 in the Western Conference finals after the Oilers won Game 4 in overtime, 5-4. The Stars jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the first period on goals by Roope Hintz and Jamie Benn. But the Oilers came back to tie the game in the second period on goals by Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl. The Stars regained the lead in the third period on a goal by Jason Robertson. But the Oilers tied the game again with just over two minutes remaining in regulation on a goal by Evan Bouchard. The game went to overtime, and the Oilers won it on a goal by McDavid just over two minutes into the extra period. The series now shifts back to Edmonton for Game 5 on Tuesday night. The Stars will need to win at least one game in Edmonton to force the series back to Dallas for Game 7.
