Wild finish! Sharks force a game 7 with a 4-3 OT win

San Jose overcame a 3-1 third-period deficit to score a 4-3 overtime victory against the Ducks at Honda Center on Thursday, forcing a Game 7 in their Western Conference second-round series. Tomas Hertl redirected a shot from Erik Karlsson to tie the game 3-3 with 2:34 left in regulation, then Evander Kane scored the winner 8:11 into overtime. The Sharks' victory came just hours after Ducks captain Ryan Getzlaf was suspended for one game by the NHL for an illegal hit against San Jose's Marcus Sorensen in Game 6. Game 7 is scheduled for Saturday at SAP Center in San Jose. The winner will face either the Colorado Avalanche or St. Louis Blues in the Western Conference Final.
